Community
Not only do we provide medical service to our community, we are also involved in different community activities. Meseret Higher Clinic was the first clinic in Ethiopia to give free voluntary HIV testing for six hundred people in one week. On Ethiopian Easter day in 2005, Meseret Higher Clinic arranged a luncheon for one thousand people infected with HIV virus at the Entoto Mariam Church. Breakfast and play programs were also arranged on Christmas day in 2006 for one thousand children who have lost their parents due to the HIV virus.
Meseret Higher Clinic is currently organizing a soccer tournament in the community for unprivileged kids in the neighborhood.
